Who we are

Alegranza Solutions (PTY) LTD, registration number 2025/778354/07 ("we", "us", "our"), operates alegranzasolutions.co.za and is the responsible party for personal information collected through it. Our Information Officer is Jonathan Petersen, Director, reachable at info@alegranzasolutions.co.za.

What we collect

• Through our contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us about your project.
• When you message or email us: your name, number or email address and the content of your message.
• When you book a call: the details you give our booking provider, such as your name, email address and chosen time.
• Technical data: when you visit, your browser connects to our hosting provider and to Google Fonts, so your IP address and device details are processed, and standard server logs may be kept for security.

We do not collect payment or financial information through this website.

How and why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule calls, deliver projects you have engaged us for, keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations. We rely on your consent, on steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, and on our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle communication: Web3Forms to deliver contact form messages to our inbox, Calendly (or the booking provider we use at the time) for scheduled calls, Zoho for email, WhatsApp when you message us there, Google Fonts for typefaces, and our hosting provider. Where a project requires it, we may share project information with specialists who work with us under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Transfers outside South Africa

Some providers store or process information outside South Africa. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards and handle transfers in line with POPIA.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you or, for client projects, for the duration of the engagement and any legally required retention period afterwards.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. You may also object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@alegranzasolutions.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults, and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
